2011 Centenary of Independence

In 1911 King's College School came of age. An Act of Parliament in that year gave us independence from the College. We gained our own Governing Body and took full control of our destiny. The relationship with King’s College continues to be a happy partnership to this day, a century on – and many KCS boys have followed their forefathers in going on to study there.
