Registration Fees

£100 non refundable fee to accompany the completed registration form.

Deposits

An acceptance deposit as set out below is payable when parents accept the offer of place at the School.

Sixth Form £1,000
All other years £2,000

The deposit is held until pupils leave the School and all liabilities have been settled.

Junior School

Transition & First Form - (Years 3 & 4):

Assistance with Fees

Lunches
Lunches are available on a termly basis at a cost of £4.80 a day (Transition and First Form, £4.20 a day).

Coach
We operate various coach routes to and from school. In 2011-2012 the cost was £1,320 per year payable in three termly instalments.

Books and Stationery
The School provides all the necessary books and standard stationery, the majority of which is included in the termly tuition fee except in the Sixth Form, where stationery and textbooks are charged separately.

GCSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB) as laid down by examination body

Old King's Club Subscription
A life membership to the Old King’s Club is £150, the cost of which is spread over the first three years in the Senior School (2 years if joining in the Sixth Form)

Other extras
Other extras will be charged at the cost incurred by the School.

Insurances
Personal Accident Insurance Cover is included within the tuition fee.
The school offers a number of other optional insurances

Payment Methods

Tuition fees and extras are payable on the first day of the term by Direct Debit

Composition Fees
The school operates a scheme whereby an advance capital payment may be set against the cost of education over future years.

Leaving

One term’s notice is required of parents’ intention to remove a pupil from the School and must be sent in writing, addressed to and actually received by the Head Master personally, otherwise payment of one term’s fees will be required.
